From the Soil Up: What a Farmer-Led Learning Tour Taught Me About Legacy

Sam Cobb

I want to see you guys succeed! Never give up. Never surrender. Keep pressing on. You will find your place, and your customer base if you faint not and stay together as a couple and a family. I speak from experience. If you are God fearing people, then check out the song "Keep On" by God Quest. This has been my Theme/Fight song for the past 30 years! Listen and you will understand why. My wife Maxine and I wish you guys all the best that life has to offer. We pray that you will find success and your customers who will pay you for your goods. PS: encourage your children to study agriculture and to join their local FFA chapter when they are old enough. FFA or The Futur Farmer of America, was a key element in my success. Keep pressing on… Sincerely, Sam Cobb Sam Cobb Date Farms Fresno Native
